If it's blasphemous, then I'll need to change my screen name to Satan. My TR has a flat black wrap on it though, not red.

Black wheels do have a different (very cool ) look. I have often thought of doing a set of black wheels on my car

    No baby seat though :)

    No, that's not a 355 - that's a car seat. Same size though. ;)

Red lip on those wheels might bring it together better in my opinion. but looks good.

Meh....kinda think its looks a little Fast and Furious. With that said, I just bought a little play car that I have no second thoughts about modifying. But the TR stays stock. Thats a personal decision and dont look down at bolt on modifications.

In this case, dipping your ca,r or wheels, scratches the custom itch, protects the finish and is reversible. So go for it.

I have black on my Arctic Silver 996TT and it's a bit sinister. Was looking at some black 550 wheels, price was right, thought it might be fun for a different look, plus the are 18's.
I'll keep you posted. I will definitely keep the stock wheels. Wheels are such an easy way to change the look of a car. It's one of my many bad habits. :)

Unless someone wants to sell me a set of 512 TR wheels, for less than $2K?

I think the black wheels look good on a red TR. Melvoks grigo is a nice subtle touch as well. But I think stock is just fine

Sure ... but everyone has that colour already :D

Correct !!! Easy .... $ 100 or so each wheel .... not a big deal .... and easy restored again if needed

So that's why I experimented grigo colour on my set and I will let it stay this colour for a while ...

I liked Mel's color so much that I has my 996 wheels sprayed the same color. It looks great

Don't make me think too hard here. Maybe black for a while, then Grigio?
My 996 with black wheels. I realize this is all about personal taste, and no doubt will brew slight controversy-LOL! I think all those 25-30 yo kids I hang with are a bad influence.

Changing something on these cars is like changing the color of mona lisa's eyes because you prefer them this way. The art piece is already perfect why change it?

Cuz I can-LOL! Unlike painting Mona Lisa's eyes, this is easy to change if I don't like it :)
