Good old Rosso Corsa. It's just that my phone pictures suck. For comparison with a good photographer and gear, the red speciale in my previous post is the same car.
Just specced mine. Fiorano, black stripe double racing stripe with silver boarder, anthracite wheels. Don't like 3d material so have asked for black alcantara all over with red stitch and logos. I can't wait ! Getting capristo back box and cats on order too. It needs a little more screeeeeeeaaaaaaaam!
Btw capristo seem to be offering all the carbon bits about a third of the price of Ferrari. Apparently same weave. I didn't go for them as want to keep good relationship with factory so stuck at source. May be a good option for those that don't care !
I bought all the Capristo carbon fibre bits for my Speciale. I don't understand paying 3 times as much for them at all. I also did the stripes locally, again for a third the price and the quality of the job is so much better than factory it's a joke. Also did a full paint correction and panel alignment as the quality of the Ferrari product is frankly pathetic. The Capristo product is the same weave and quality of the factory stuff.
360C would you mind sharing some photos of your CF from Capristo? I am considering some of the options and would love to see and hear more. Thank you
Enzo purportedly used to say that when you buy a Ferrari you're buying the engine. We throw in the car for free.
I have bought the engine panels and lock cover, side aero fins and front aero flaps so far. Some of it is currently in transit so can't post photos until they arrive. The rear diffuser is under development and I was told it will be released in a few weeks. This is the engine side panels and lock cover which are the bits that have arrived at this point. Cost in Australia was about $4k vs $13.5k for factory OEM. Quality is identical and you can buy the factory stickers through dealer spare parts which I have done. The panels are being fitted ATM. I've never bought a used ferrari, but if I did I'd like to see the original window sticker. Maybe people in the US are just wrapped tighter than in your neck of the woods.
Thank you 360C. Looks great. I placed my order with the factory carbon engine panels but I think the lock cover is a sweet addition! Can't wait for pics after installed.
I also bought the Novitec carbon fibre instrument binical and the cover in the centre of the dash near the windscreen. Also in transit ATM. I wouldn't waste my money on OEM carbon fibre parts. There are usually identical aftermarket parts at a fraction of the cost.
