I am trying to fit a wider tires in front of my 430 Scuderia. 245/35-19 is as wide as I can go on the 8" standard rims. Buying a complete set of 9" + 10" BBS RI-D is just ridiculously expensive and not really an option for track day battles...

Maybe I am just completely crazy here but, has anyone successfully used a rear rim fitted with 265/30-19 in front of the 430 Scuderia?

I made a quick check and it looks really tight, especially with the 285/35, seriously rubbing on the inside. The ET of the 10" rim is 38 mm so that should be the equivalent of a 18mm spacer on the 8"rim... The inside on the other hand will extend inwards about 32mm:-(

    Not sure this will work...

Johan, say goodbye to your fenders.

Be prepared to repaint those on a regular basis and also likely aluminum panel rework when the the tires pull out your fenders.

I think you are right... But can you think of any other way to fit 265/30-19 in there?

8'75" or 9" wheel with about ET30 is probably the only real option...

I would agree with that Johan.

I have 20x10 inch at the front with 245 30 MSSP and at full lock it rubs on the inside.
    Otherwise it is ok.

    That is extreme ;-)
Do you know the offset of the rim you use?

MAYBE it won't rub if you put 265/30/19 tires in front?

I am away on holiday now and I will need to look at the invoice for the exact offset, but it must be right because the outer end of the wheels finishes flush with the wheel arches.
If you stick to 19 inch wheels you might get away with it I think.

If you have a chance to check the offset, that would be great!
