New 458 owner.. one question for now :)

Great forum. Have really enjoyed reading them many post here, while waiting for the delivery of my car..

Just got it today, my first Ferrari, nice 458 Italia, black... Love it..

Will be getting the instruction manual tomorrow, but I have been driving it all day and I absolutely think that it is not only real super car, but a piece of art..

Got a question.

How does one have the speedo on the right screen, and still listen to radio/media center. It does not seem to let me do both...

Have owned the car for 2 days now, and here are some thoughts.. my 2 cents


1. Car is mind-blowing fast, I knew this and I am not newbie when it comes to owning and driving fast cars, F430, XKR 2009, 997 S ect ect, but this is a real super car, complete other league
2. I always change the exhaust of my cars, but I will not be doing this on the 458, the thing is a screamer.. Sounds great..
3. So beautiful to behold at every angel, and such an attention grabber, all from kids, guys and women of all ages pull out the smart phone and start recording ect…
4. Now the things that I find difficult to adjust to. The menu for entertainment, toggling around and adjusting to optimal setting is not so intuitive.
5. Ceramic breaks a really good but they squeak quite a bit, as ceramics should...
6. I find it hard to drive the car at a steady and comfortable pace without having to choose the highest gear, the throttle responce is so precise and instantaneous.

All in all, really really happy with the purchase and looking forward to many many fun miles ahead of me.
