Was looking through an old Dupont Registry (April 2002) and spotted this lovely 360 being sold by Ferrari of Seattle. USA car in white on gray with red stitching and a 6-speed manual sounds wonderful and presumably quite rare. Anyone know it's current whereabouts?

I'm not sure where it is, but I think I need to find it and see it in person. A white Spider would look even better!

Not so sure about the grey interior with the white paint job though.

I know if a white show car 360 local to me (actually down the street). It was a color change though, professionally done from Silver to the Pearl White. Obviously not the same car but I know white 360's are not easy to find.

Looks like the one I mentioned that was for sale in Canada a couple of months back. It was dirt cheap and a real bargain if not too thrashed. I was hoping it would end up in a F-Chatters hands by the time someone checked it out it was sold.

An acquaintance in West Palm Beach has a white 360 Modena. It was Paris Hilton's at one time. . Saw him on the interstate about 6 months ago with it.

I would call Ferrari of Seattle and see if they know where it went to. They might be able to help you track it down. Its worth a shot if you are interested in it.

But...don't you think that car rides like crap with those tires? Seems like 2" inches of tread's gotta hurt...thoughts?

I agree. I would hate to hit ANY bump at all...whether 1/4" or even 1/8"...

Anyway - that's not even the car Drewismo is talking about. The one he's looking for is the 6-speed.

I gotta say tho - white on a 360 looks great.

Exterior looks great but way too much white on the inside with all the painted aluminum.

Do you guys agree that when looking at the interior of that 360, you feel....sort of....cold?

    I don't know, I could be wrong, but it's just a feeling I get.

Here's a (the - ?) white spider that sold on eBay recently.

2001 Ferrari 360 Spider Extremely RARE White in Perfect Condition | eBay

I have started building a database of Spiders that have sold on eBay that incudes the VIN number, year, color, miles, transmission, final or BIN price, number of bids and number of bidders.
I have eliminated both salvage titled cars as well as those over 30K miles. It in no way reflects poorly on those cars, just my own preference for what I am looking for.
After a few months this should give some kind of idea as to what price cars are changing hands for on eBay and no where else.
It will NOT take into consideration the condition with regards to a PPI or similar inspection as there are too many variable. A $60K car could need $20K worth of work whereas a $62K car could need nothing. All cars are different and speak for themselves (through a PPI). It's useless to say or speculate "the car is worth more" or "they paid too much" if no one bid, or over bid, at the time IMHO.
    Kind Regards,
    Ron

Sell the wheels and use the money to fix the interior and get a set of starfish wheels.

    Break Even?
