Hi all, looking at this F430 spider that's in stock at barbs perth.. Does any body anything about the car, apparently it was originally from qld?
Has carbon brakes and must be relatively rare in scud red not rosso...

    2006 Ferrari F430 F136 F1 Seq. Manual Auto-Single Clutch

    Thanks

Probably a good thing nobody replied with anything (bad), I bought it anyway.... Picked it up on Friday, 200km later I feel like the luckiest man alive. It's just an awesome machine. Love to hear from any other Ferrari perthites....

Here are a couple that the dealer took, I'll take some more when I get time.

Quick run down, 06 F1 auto, 30k, in scuderea rosso ... Pretty awesome colour I had no idea existed until last month. Daytona seats in beige with accents, carbon dash bits (or is that standard?), carbon ceramic brakes....

    Very, very happy with it

I was at Barbagallo to look at the 458 Speciale (notice you've got it in the background of one of your pics) and they had your spider parked out front with a Rosso Corsa 458 on one side and the Rosso Corsa F430 Scuderia on the other side. Straight up I knew it was Rosso Scuderia, such a clean colour, it was absolutely glowing. Beautiful.
I admired your spider for quite a while, seemed to be very well cared for. A credit to it's former owner and now you. I'll be shopping for a coupe but that convertible could easily sway a hard top lover to the windy dark side. Congratulations

Thanks, I was always looking for the spider, seemed more appropriate for a Sunday drive... Car is in great condition but I've a few things to do to get it 100% (sticky buttons etc) as I do with all my cars.
Did you drive the speciale? I took a standard 458 for a drive in the USA it was an awesome machine.

    No.
No drive for me. Not nearly a 'speciale' enough customer... Yet!
