It's amazing the difference that the Euro bumpers make on these cars. Just to show how much BMW have grown over the years. This car has the same wheelbase as a current-gen F30 3-series sedan.

It seems pretty much all car makes have grown-and it's kind of freakish when it sneaks up on you. If you park any 308 next to even a 360 they are completely disproportional

and the wheels-oh man-the 14in wheels on my GT4 look like riding lawn mower wheels next to my 3 series daily driver!!!

Selling another car here? You really are a glutton for punishment. ;)

I do like this model. Do u know where it was Federalized? These cars can really be built for impressive Hp. Very stealthy. And while a 7 series, its smaller than a new 5!

    I love punishment ;)
I can't imagine I'll encounter another jack-ass on this forum but with my luck I won't hold my breath.
I have all the papers in Vegas where the car is right now, I can find out in a couple of weeks.
I just drove it last week for 5 days, and I really like it a lot. So did all the valet guys at all the hotels. I may keep it if I can convince myself I have enough space for it.

He's a subscribed user, and subscribed users can post cars and parts in the FerrariAds section of the forum.

As always, rule number one is 'Let the Buyer Beware,' as it is purchasing any thing from anyone.

So a guy misrepresenting cars even though he subscribed can still sell something.

Seems like a loophole and there should be discretion used by the adminstrators. Rules are rules but if the rules basically hurt the people they are made to protect the rules should be re looked at. Just a suggestion.

    LOL!

Though I haven't posted here regularly in almost 10 years, I still have a fair number of tifosi friends in the real world. Stephane has more eyes on him as a result of that misrepresented Turbo sale than he probably wishes.

You guys are just jealous. I know who I am and I am no longer in high school. I've sold 30 of my Ferraris and Lambos on F-Chat and I am still here, so you both can stalk someone else.
By the way, that "misrepresented" Turbo sold on Ebay to a guy in NJ and he is loving it! It made the 900 mile trip as he knew what he was buying, unlike an idiot like you that questioned my integrity or the car's history. He came and met me in person, test drove it, and drove away happy as can be. A real buyer with cash in hand. Stop your hating and get over it, you lost on that deal, now move on.

FWIW, I don't think Stephane misrepresented that car as much as these two misunderstood the comment that was made in re: Carfax.

The accident history was noted and the title was clear, ie: not Salvage.

Hindsight is 20/20, and maybe more could have been explained in the process, but Stephane is still an honest broker in my opinion. Johnny and David seem to have an axe to grind for some reason, and came off pretty abrasive from the start.

That 7 looks great, surely some hipster will buy it soon ;)

This is a trollpost. The car was never wrecked. You are being unfair to the seller. If you have evidence to the contrary, that this car was wrecked and not represented as such, then please by all means bring it on. Otherwise keep your trollpost commentary to yourself. God forbid that I would ever market a car here with the likes of you watching.

    Chas, Scotty and Vince,

Thanks for the kind words, I was starting to lose faith in our forum. ;)
I should also point out I am not a broker, just a crazy car fanatic. Maybe one day I'll make a profit on one of those cars.
Regarding this BMW, I get compliments on it every time I use it, specially from the valet guys. ;) I may just end up keeping it for my son, it is such a solid car!

FWIW, Stephane and I tried to put a deal together on his Porsche TT. We discussed the CarFax and other issues and he readily acknowledged the damage report -that occurred before his ownership. At the end of the day we were unable to consumate a deal on the TT but IMHO he was a stand up guy who I would not hesitate to deal with in the future. Seems like some here are unjustifiably harsh without real experience or knowledge. Just my 2 cents.
