Something completely different. Algar Ferrari in Philly brought a customers (first car delivered in US) LaFerrari to the amazing Radnor Hunt concours and they dropped it off about 6 AM. I've never seen night pics of it before and noticed when the third brake light comes on it lights the entire engine red. I'll have some more to post.

This doesn't bode well for me...why would I want the slowest horse in a 3 horse race? Just because it neighs the best?
F... this, I thought I was buying me the best of the bunch. Please somebody, tell me that I haven't made a mistake and why.
Even though I'm now also expecting these to be double as many on the roads around the world.

Well thats it then. Proven beyond a reasonble doubt that P1 is quicker. A heartwrenching defeat for Ferraristi around the world. But now we can lay this discussion to rest.

Oh wow. That video must have ruined the excitement and build up to receiving your LaFerrari. You'll have to sell it as soon as it arrives - I just hope you can find a buyer. I really feel for you Rupert

 

Thanks Mark. It was nice and chilly so some of that is moisture and condensation. I had never seen the brake light glow on the engine like that before and thought it looked great through the viewfinder.

Very glad that you understand Modena, I didn't expect you of all people to get it. I really feel cheated, like paying over the odds for a nice home and then finding out that it actually doesn't measure up to a couple of other homes in the next couple of towns over that are better and cheaper. But at least I can pride myself on the fact that I'll have a car that few people can own. I also have a P1 coming as well as a 918 so it won't feel like the end of the world. Why do you figure I should sell the LaFerrari though?

If you feel cheated after watching that short clip then I can't imagine how you felt after the P1 flopped at the Nurburgring. McLaren and Ferrari have failed you. After all, this is a 3 horse race and you've invested ~$3MM on 2 losers. Sell both of them ASAP - you may be able to get some of your money back.

 

I think the video is real but as others have pointed out the La driver may not have wanted to race.
