PORTUGAL is paradise !!!! From historic cars to a few 2013 Ferrari... It was a little wet. I was second on GT and overall. Lost to this racing car that they called GT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBXpwFIj22E&feature=youtu.be This is a better taken movie than the one in May's hillclibing Portuguese Championat. Great video. Thanks for posting. A bit narrow in places and some people were standing on the sidelines without protection.
Thank you! Its a historic Morgan Plus 4 and the owner is a close friend and almost as old as me. I am 76 years old, travelled all over the world since young and regret that only three years ago I found this paradise called PORTUGAL. Come over and see for yourself. Be my guest... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13JzhYcS0mw 10 reasons to visit Portugal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBZkR9TFFqk
of course, I see now it's a Plus Four, a car I autocrossed for a friend many years ago. Judith and I still hope to visit your Portugal soon.
What actually was the racing car that they called a GT. Great smooth driving by the way, but no surprise.
Hi Tim, That car is a Marcus LM600 and it's a real race car that used to compete in GT Series in it's time. In the spirit of the event, that car should have run in a racing series and not with the other street cars. Fritz, I'm glad you enjoyed the event nonetheless. You're truly a gentleman driver, straight from the days where that concept had a true meaning. Best regards.
Thank you, I am just an old man enjoying the last quarter of my life with my memories and my Ferrari...
Im almost at the last quarter also Fritz and enjoying it greatly - the only thing your missing i this Image Unavailable, Please Login

Yes... I love it!!! Drive my FF for more than two years all over Europe. 20k miles and not a single problem. Ferrari FF: the best car in the world!!!
My adorable Cappuccino was killed by a free alone pitbull while having his morning walk. Its more the fault of the absent pitbull owners Pedro Souto e Rita, than of the dog. A girl friend had my little Maltese when the pitbull attacked. I have been crying since... Pardon me of repeating this photos of my gone best friend. Thank you, CAPPUCCINO for 8 years of love and company. Had more than 50 k miles with me in my FF and 458 Spider. CAPPUCCINO, I miss you terribly my little white angel!!!! I love you!!! I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Please post all the pictures of Cappuccino you wish. Warmest regards from Texas...T
Losing a beloved dog, particularly in such circumstances, is wrenching. You have my sympathy and condolences.
So sorry for your loss, no one can ever love the way a puppy does, and a needless demise is so so sad
I'd like to say how sorry I am to hear the very sad news about Capuccino. I feel for your loss. I lost my best friend, a german shepherd, on the 30th November 2013. One of the saddest days of my life. He died aged 10 of natural causes (old age), but nothing prepared me for such a loss. My girlfried has a Maltese exactely like Capuccino, and she was devastated by your news. Before I saw your post about your beautiful Capuccino, I just wanted to say this, as a portuguese and a fellow Ferrari owner of a Mondial and a 355: Mr.Fritz D'Orey is one of the greatest ambassadors my country has ever had. The way he loves and promotes Portugal is touching, admirable and inspiring. I live some 30min from the wonderful city of Cascais, one of my favorite places in the whole country. The photos Mr.Fritz D'Orey posts are absolutely beautiful and do justice to the fair city of Cascais. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Fritz D'Orey yet, but I had the rare pleasuring of exchanging e-mails with him and he's a very warm human being. I can't help but feel proud and fortunate to be influenced by his love of my country and the brand I so love and cherish. That said, I hope you overcome your loss as best as possible, God knows it isn't easy. All the best! Your young portuguese friend, Nuno.
Some years ago I had to put down our family dog Brendan. I held him as the veterinarian gave him the lethal injection. I couldn't believe how badly I felt and for how long it lasted. These animals are faithful friends and companions.
