    US Customs and Dept of Transportation(DOT) web sites might be a good start.

    I Googled "importing autos into the USA" and got a bunch of hits.

    Good advice. Let the pros handle it. Get references before hiring any of them, though. I've often thought of importing a car from Europe but decided the brain damage just wasn't worth it.

    Any decent company can get it here and thru Customs (do NOT attempt that yourself).

    You want to make absolutely sure you can us it for your intended purpose BEFORE you plunk down your cash.
