No problem - if you stand on your head (or live in Australia) it's fine.

I balanced my laptop upside down but it snapped shut and spilled my drink.

It's #62627, originally owned by Mr Remo Nardone of Enotria Wines of London (he later owned #78074). It changed ownership late last year, good to see the new owner is bringing it to events.

I thought the guy with the car was the Chairman of the Ferrari Owners Club. He was wearing proper Ferrari factory kit, so would make sense...?

    Robert,
I'd be surprised - but I know the Secretary of FOC so will ask him...

BTW, I notice you're also based in Oxford. PM me if you'd like to meet up for a coffee / chat about Ferrari stuff sometime. I now have a 612.

PS the car could belong to Peter Vaughan in the Anglia Group.
August's Ferrari News has an article on Celebrating Surtees where he mentions his 412...

Peter Vaughan owns the black manual 412 that was also at Silverstone Classic ( with the PV prefix in the registration). It's the Fast Lane magazine car.
