True but I can't help thinking there must be more to this. The legal issues would have been scrutinised before the car was sold and the Belgium contingent and Bonhams made their decision to proceed under legal advise. Put simply, they would not have ignored Ford/Lawson without their own good reason as the ramifications of ignoring them were obvious.

Clearly the chickens have come home to roost, but this may have more to do with the new owner living in Ohio where Ford has a registered title than the enforceability of the HOA.

If I was in Mr Wexner's shoes I would be keeping my car and telling Bonhams to sort it out and their alternatives are expensive litigation or paying off Ford/Lawson. The flip side for OJ is strike a deal or continue to litigate in two continents and if it's the later option he will need deep pockets (or a new financier) "Pro Se" or not

Then, As the clock ticked on the Lawson/Ford delivery of the parts and paperwork, you devised a scheme to delay the parts and reel in Kristie Lawson ‘’the conspiratress’’ by promising her a larger share of the %%. In July, you file a contempt order against Florence for moving the Ferrari – after pushing Swaters to deliver 0384AM to Bonhams, irrevocably . That seems cheating Mr. Fraud, no?


On a good day, the $900,000 that CG brought to Kristie Lawson would have been correct, now with her in the stew she’s out of the game in London and in reverse on her damaging the sale and causing havoc with you.
It was her call, she’s no victim in this other than having that Karma that puts her in business with a loyal partner, a born loser, a Mr. Fraud.

I do agree on one thing. CG indeed should never be forgiven for what he did to Kristie Kleve. The mere though of CG leaving London after negotiating a settlement with Florence Swaters and flying directly to Cincinnati with a check for $900,000 for Kristie Kleve should never be forgiven. Also his ‘’Ghost’’ involvement in the Stu Carpenter’s aka/ Copley Motors lawsuit against Bonhams made the Telegraph newspaper yesterday in London naming Les Wexner as a ‘’non-disclosed ’’ plaintiff.

Who cares if Les Wexner doesn’t appreciate media attention on a public purchase. His purchase of the Picasso for $41,000,000 is talk of the art world . When you file a lawsuit accusing someone of fraud, it’s a public statement and opens your personal life to ..... well, people like Joe Ford, the Master of Frauds. You have to think of Ford getting ahold of some of Les Wexner’s underwear. Will be interesting !

First, how did you get THAT copy of that letter?

Second, that letter is evidence of Gardner's fraudulent $50,000 promise made on skype to Whitman, Haas, and Ford, and Gardner's payment default. Gardner never wired the promised money, causing Ford's checks to bounce. As to non-disclosure, the Ford-Gardner financing agreement had a confidentiality clause, thus Ford could not disclose Gardner's lender status to Whitman. There is no mystery there. That is old news, completely covered in Gardner's deposition. Thank you for reminding us.

Whoever furnished you that document (or CG is that you?) should have furnished you two more damning documents, both from Herbert Haas, attorney for Gardner. Both documents, written eight months apart and contemporaneous to events, show that Gardner was a mere financier with a contingent interest in repayment from proceeds, and that Gardner had NOTHING to do with ownership. ZERO, ZIP, NADA.

Those two documents also confirm that Ford was not Gardner's attorney - just like Judge Martin said on Jan. 17, 2014 "So as a matter of law, your client was not represented by Joe Ford. He was represented by Herb Haas." [2014.01.17 Hearing Transcript p.32, lines 17-19; also see Ferrari Chat p. 76, post #1512]

That is what we call evidence as to Gardner's true role - a financier with a contingent interest not in the Ferrari but in the proceeds in the event of recovery, provided that Gardner finance as agreed. He did not. I defaulted him.

So, Bonhams and your London crew, did Gardner tell you the truth? Do you really think Gardner had any ownership interest?
