Yellow 355 today at Hwy6 and I-10, I took a few pics yet they are crappy but I will post them any way. I cannot remember the owners name but he lives close so if you see this I was in the white BMW who honked and gave the thumbs up sign.

Saw a beautiful yellow Scud at Ellington Field this last Saturday.

 

Red 430 with Challenge Wheels in the parking lot by Ibiza yesterday at lunch.

Numerous other nice cars, but that was the only Ferrari I spotted while in town for the day.

 

Finally the weather cooperated and I was in town long enough to get him picked up and brought over to Mark at Sphere Motorsports. Always sad to watch him drive away. LOL. Can't wait to have the top fixed...had to make sure it was secured nicely so there weren't any reports of a Ferrari convertible top flying off on 45. First time I had it outside since the new rims and tires went on. Tow company was great and very careful...so careful that they let me drive it up onto the flatbed.

Your in good hands with Mark and the entire Sphere crew, love that wheel/tire combo.

 

Please tell me you're not really going to let it go down the road with a strap over the top that is touching the paint on the driver's door.

 

First off, the strap needed to be there to hold the roof.

Second, I placed microfiber cloths between the strap and the door before be left. Even before I put the cloth there, there was barely any contact even though it looks that way in the photos. I too was worried about it bouncing around and scratching the paint.

And finally, Mark checked out the car and inspected it all. All is well.

 

Ok good because from the picture it sure looked like you were going to have a door with a 4 inch strip of paint missing once it arrived.

Yep. Literally just saw it for a few min and then he left hence the crap pic...

 

Was that yesterday Ryan? The guy had it up at market street last Sunday for the cars and coffee there. I also saw the car in the parking lot of COTA for the Lone Star Lemans. It is nice to see it actually getting driven!
