    Stupid question, but why 2004 - 2014 for a 60th?

    Really?

Didn't Luca say Kimi and Fred would only get LaFerrari if they win constructors title.

Didn't know Massa was on the high salary list to afford one.

Could this be gift from Ferrrari?

Get one for free, sure, then you need to win a WDC for Ferrari. Massa probably has more than enough money to afford one himself. Considering some of the people who have been allowed to buy one, I think Massa has more than earned his 'allocation'. If the car is even his, that is...

Every recongized name, long standing F1 driver is in a financial position where paying the bills is not going to be an issue. One thing is their official salary reports; another is investment returns, earnings from personal branding (events, pr, licensing etc.), merch sales and so on.

Dishing out a million or two for a hypercar is just fun.

    Suggest to ask factory.
Oh, btw, at the same time one could also ask why sixty (1954 to 2014) when the first Ferrari came to North America in 1949 already. Should that not have been 65 instead?
Maybe I missed a lesson or two in school.

    from ***********.com

Luigi Chinetti imported his first car for Ferrari in 1954. To commemorate that occasion, all US spec cars were fitted with a special emblem on the ashtray, replacing the usual crossed flags emblem, for the 50th anniversary of the first Ferrari imported officially to the US

I'm wildly guessing; but could the 2004-2014 have anything to do with how long FNA has been about? Or have they been in their current form for longer?

That LaF mockup looks quite cool. The front looks more organic than the finished product.
