Thanks for letting us know. Do you notice any distortion in vision initially?
Also, great idea with the outlets set-in flush in the garage floor. Keeps things looking much cleaner than cords strung all over the place.
You should post more pics of your garage in the "garage pics" thread:

I've thought of this too, pretty expensive windshield to have to replace from one stray rock.

I had it on my 12 Italia for 2 years. Yes there's some visual distortion but you quickly get used to it. It had tons of small nicks in it that would have been on my windshield. If you drive your 458 with a group of cars there's no question that the windshield will get hit with tons of small stones. It's $500 vs $5k for a new windshield.

I had Bray film first for the windshield and their film never fit right, even with two different film installs. Now have ClearPlex and really don't know its on the windshield. Highly recommended.

Who installs that in the LA area?

Clearplex is the way to go! Its a little tricky staying down on the curvy 458 windshield but once they trim it right it will stay down. I only had my car 2 weeks before I had it installed and I already had 2 small rock chips in my windshield. Very much worth it but $500 sounds a bit high.

Got it on my cars as well. Looks great and no rock pits or chips. Best $400 I ever spent
