Wow, that's high $ fuel for sure! I don't feel as bad paying what we do here. I just heard on the radio today some places are below $3 for the low grad gas.

Well...if my euro to dollar then litre to US gallon conversions are correct, the gallon of premium gas would be at about 6,30 dollars here this morning.

I only use Shell gasoline in my 575.
I dont know about the rest of the country but here in NJ the Shell stations are looking worn, dated and dilapidated. Peeling paint, site lights dim, flickering and burnt out. Most are looking dirty.
Its really an embarrassment taking my Ferrari to a station being endorsed by Ferrari.
Up untill 2 years ago the stations were spotless...what happened??
Anyone from other states notice this in their home towns?

Dominic...I have not noticed that here in DFW. Question - why do you prefer Shell over others, e.g., Chevron (at least as long as they're Top Tier, http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html). Thank you...T

Interesting...I usually buy Sunoco fuel and I'm very surprised they are not listed as a top tier gas brand. I can't believe the official fuel of CRASHCAR, Ummm I mean NASCAR is not a top tier fuel.

Actually, after looking at the list of top tier fuel brands, I don't pass a single top tier gas station on my normal travels...but then again I live in WAWA and Turkey Hill country[banging my head], and they have run many small stations out of business(including the closest Shell station).

There are plenty of Exxon and Shell stations in the area too! Wawa has helped keep gas prices low with competition, I just wonder where they get their gas from though. (I've heard rumors of BP, Exxon, Gulf, and Sunoco with whoever gives them the best deal.)

There is only one with fuel in the area. I didn't realize Costco was a Top Tier supplier.

Depends on where you live I suppose. There are 3 Exxons and 2 Shells within 2-3 miles of my house just a little further south in Delaware! If you're close to the West Chester C&C location shoot straight down 202, all the Exxons on 202 also do "Tiger Tuesday" where premium is $0.20 lower per gallon, and $0.05 per gallon off all gas on Thursday's.

Just to note that I do not put Wawa gas in my car and the others use them only for quicky fills when we are going out for runs from C&C because they're closest to C&C. Nobody has reported any issues from using Wawa fuel in their exotics though! I do wonder if their guarantee would cover our cars? (Wawa claims they will pay for repairs if you can show their fuel does damage to your vehicle.)
