As I have just re-fitted my dash, it is all fresh in my mind!!!! stupid design, you have to remove the steering column to get the dash panel out without bending the piece that holds the wipe/wash stalk!!!! not clever.

If you look at the first page you posted, there is a picture showing the drivers side with the panel in place!!!! Looks like it has the switch attached to it.

Sorry, I think you are talking about to the left of the steering column, yes there looks to be a piece missing, but it would be easy to make one up and give it to your trimmer to cover.

They should make a wood LM002.

Nice pictures of the back seats.
Looking for the rubber caps over the door hinges.

It should be located around the output shaft (rear) on the transfer box, if you get stuck, I will take a look on mine.

I still think the width of 315/70-17 looks tiny compared to 345/60-17.
Too bad no other factory made that tire size except Pirelli (at an irrational price).

I am surprised BFG won't make a 345. Have you tried the 37x12.50R17/D?

Surprisingly 315 tire track width is only 255mm and total width is 280mm while the Pirellis track width is 345mm and total width is 385mm. HUGE difference

I have been working or the tire issue and yes the BFG 315 looks skinny compared to the Scorpion 345, but an alternative wide tire also needs to be reasonably low profile or they catch the foot well, I read in the Octane report on the LM002 from March 2014 that Lamborghini Service claimed that the tire was going back into production, I sent a mail to Pirelli U.K. about 3 months ago & they said NO

I was thinking about changing the wheels and tires on the LM for daily use, using bigger diameter rims and more offset to make a better/smaller turning diameter.

I think I will go with 20 inch wheels with 305/50-20 tire or 325/50-20.
The height will be the same 32.5-33.0 inch total diameter.

But when I check the OEM wheels today I was shocked, the 8 lugs OZ rims has PCD of 150mm.

    8x150mm PCD ? WTH ???

We talked to a few Lambo dealers and the Lm tires are available.

Found at least 3 sets of five tires for sale.

Pm and will give the contact information.
During the last run we bought 8 tires.

    Regards,

    Taz

The 37s are really only 35, which I thought was what the originals were. Good luck! Mickey Thompson likely have a size that works in height and width.
