Let's Stop the *****ing and Infighting

Let's all take a deep breath and remember that the place to be controversial, stubborn, and difficult at F-chat is in the P&R section. Not here.

Let's check our baggage at the door when you get to the 348/355 section so we can celebrate the diversity of thoughts on why we like the cars and owning them. This is not a new problem in this section. It is not like that in the other sections...

There is no need for dick measuring in here or implying anyone is better or worse than anyone else. I would guess that most owners here are excited about the cars and their history, and sometimes disappointed with a glitch or problem they encounter. There is s great support system here most of the time with GREAT knowledge.

Lots of things are subjective. And I don't think there are absolute's on most topics that come up. We could argue about everything or nothing...

So first rule is that there has to be mutual respect on the board. There is no need to be negative or disparaging. Otherwise, many will get turned off and stop contributing.

This is a fun place for me. I'd like to see it not turn into P&R.

I recently almost created the same thread. I'll admit - I get way too caught up in the BS and I need to turn a blind eye and not fuel the fire.

Unfortunately that has already happened. A couple years ago this section was different than it is now. It is unfortunate.

Robb I was thinking bout writing something similar, but being new/old to the 355 section I kinda hung tight......good for u for saying what u said!

 

I use mine until the first time salt goes down on the roads, then I don't bring it out again until after the 1st heavy rain.

 

Exactly!! Even the salt dust sucks! They throw is down here in Ohio like it free.

 

No. It's mint. But I (underlined) will use it as luggage AND keep it nice.
