I know we all track the pristine low mileage gems, but does anyone know what the highest mileage CS is? I was thinking about this as I read about a 996 Turbo with 300,000 miles on the original motor and clutch.

Wow... I know Porsches are durable but that's incredible mileage. Let me guess...Granny only drove it on Sundays to the race track.

Sounds like the slave and the accumulators are a weak link on those.

I believe roll bar was factory as that was a US CS that was originally delivered to Dubai.

I've seen a 60k mile CS. There are a handful in the 40k range now. Cars are solid.

How much would a 2003, Rossa Scuderia, 2200 mile car with no stripe be worth? Both in the US and the UK. What figure would you guys be willing to pay or what would you value it at?

Another interesting Stradale for sale but this car is in Japan.

It's the second Cornes 25th Anniversary Stradale that I have seen. This is VIN 138741, the other known to me Cornes 25th edition is VIN 138745. I've read they have converted 25 cars for this anniversary in total but I don't know if all the cars are Stradales.

White rear grilles and mesh, white rev counter, carbon fiber fuel lid, M. Schumacher signature

    Mileage 7160 km's
    Asking price 18.360.000 Yen

Anyone else notice the drop in available inventory? At any given time there are usually an avg of 10-15 CS's publicly for sale; there are only 4 currently for sale.

Just inspected a CS with 37,000 miles silver with non factory strip. Great drivers car. I believe the sale price is around 110.

Can't speak for the US, but it wouldn't surprise me to see a RHD UK car with that mileage advertised at an official dealer for £215,000, or $340,000 (if it ever actually reached the open market)

Silver or titanio? If it's the titanio CS then I think an Fchatter just bought it.

Must be. Santa arrived early for you. :)

Yes. I think it was $169k, or maybe $179k. I wasn't paying too much attention and didn't pursue it further as I would want a factory stripe... Windows are tinted, interior looked clean, red/black alcantara, exterior looked clean at a quick glance, underside of front bumper had some "normal" scrapes. I did not look to see if front bumper or other parts had sign of respray as I was turned off by vinyl stripe. I spent about 5-10 min looking at it...

So that CS is same price or higher than the red '08 Scud they have with 18k miles and the black '07 599 with only 8.7k miles. Did you look in the engine bay? Does it still have the aftermarket C/F air boxes? Exhaust still appears to be aftermarket.

No, didn't look closely at engine bay. Once I realized it had the vinyl stripe I didn't look closely. I also commented to the sales guy about the asking price relative to the Scud, and I asked to see the Scud to get a quick look of relative condition, but it was out for service. The CS had a service note on it, and I suspect it is going for service.

Scud was fully clear wrapped when I saw it two wks back. Wrap was dull on fenders and hood. Salesman said that they going to remove. Inside Looked good. Missing Ferrari emblem on engine lid. Not sure of clutch wear or any other important issues. i was just browsing: )
