Can't say enough good things about the FF. I have really enjoyed the 3 months of ownership and have more people talking about this car then any car I have ever owned. This week has been snow and more snow - especially tonight! What a beast, I can't say enough good things about the car. I love all the double takes I get when driving around in slush and white powder everywhere LOL. Outside of the navigation system Ferrari has really engineered a marvel driving machine in every sense. Even the 4wd system is epic and really shines in bad weather, you never get a sense the car is fighting the conditions or the driving inputs.

I plan on adding a 458 (spider or speciale) in the near future and can't wait to compare them!

Only in an FF can you look forward to snow just as much as sunshine. Thanks for sharing!

There probably isn't a better option for driving in the snow. A 458 spider won't stack up in that department;)

Variations on a theme. With Ferrari the theme has always been the engine, but in recent years they have become the masters of the chassis as well. The chassis on both cars are superb but designed for different purposes. Both are real driver's cars.

Factory snow tires? My new 2015 FF will be here in a couple weeks and I had already asked for factory snow tires so I can commute between Vancouver and Whistler.

On a side note, are you sure you want 458? I have a Speciale but I will be giving it up for another V12 Ferrari. Gonna have both the F12 and FF.

And yes, I am the one whole bought the black F12 at Ferrari Ontario. It was a great deal. it is right now on a truck coming west.

I went in to ask my dealer about the availability of F12s. I have an FF that is a love affair. He volunteered that most of his FF customers also have F12s. 24 cylinders, two cars. :)

The one from Ontario is arriving in a week, that's my interim one, I also have a Feb production arriving in April or so to replace it properly in my own spec:)

Most dealers look at you as either a V8 or V12 customer. Of course, there are those who are also both! :)

Congratulations on a nice ride! I guess your choice on 458s comes down to one thats a little softer or more hard core. If it were me, Id choose the 458 Speciale coupe. Given the FF is grigio, Id go with a vibrant color for the Speciale.
