I think Mercedes ****ed up badly in Spa..criticizing in public Rosberg for a simple racing incident..it was stupid and that afected Nico for the rest of the season...before that he was pretty much on the same level as Hamilton but afterwards he lost something, he made silly mistakes like in Monza, and to me it was clear he did not felt suported by the team...Toto idiot got the result he wanted but it's not fair to say the team didn't intervine in the fight, they did and in the wrong way...to me it was much graver what hamilton said after Monaco and Spa, his stupid insinuations about Rosberg...Nico was always correct, never said a word about Hamilton and got screwd....maybe hamilton is a litle better in racing, maybe not, i think he deserved the championship (at least this one was won on the track) but without Mercedes interference i'm not sure who would have won...The thing i know after this year is that hamilton is definitly a sour looser and a bad person, and Nico (as his father) a gentleman driver.

Hamiltons wage packet/bank balance tells me a different story....and that is where the story could end...but the best you can hope for, is his desire to win is somewhat lessened because it's that fat.

    Ha!
The Contenders ? Nico Rosberg | The Buxton Blog

I can’t recall the first time I met Nico Rosberg. All I remember is that I despised him, everything he was and all he represented: the cock-sure, entitled, bolshy son of a world champion. No grace, no humility. Wafting in, a blur of blonde hair and arrogance. A Formula BMW champion yes, but only a few F3 wins and just three years in single seaters gave what I held to be little foundation for such seeming conceit. I disliked him intensely. It got to the point where I held such disdain for him that I would actively seek for our paths to not cross… which was fairly hard given I was PRing the championship in which he was racing. I’d simply ask someone else to grab his quotes for me. They always seemed to be able to pull more out of him anyway.

    Best Regards!

“Will, man, you can’t let that get to you. You know he’s only joking, right? Just fire it straight back at him. He’ll love it. He’s really a fun guy… honestly. But if you don’t give it back to him he’ll think he’s got the high ground. He loves a challenge.”

The next day Nico sent some pithy comment my way, so I turned around, flipped him the bird and winked. “**** you Rosberg.”

He looked taken aback. I broke out in a cold sweat. This was not behavior becoming of the championship’s press officer. Had I just managed to ruin any relationship I might have had with the man destined to be our first champion?

A smile broke across his face, and we never had a cross word again. Indeed, we started to get on really well. At the end of the season I received a package to my home, from Monaco. In it was an ART team shirt, signed by Nico, thanking me for my support. I had it framed, and it remains one of my most treasured pieces of memorabilia from my career in racing

Nice of you to not quote the rest of the article.

Its just so funny its 180 degrees away from the bullocks furoni from someone who's interacted with both drivers on a professional level for years.

He's what he had to say about Hamilton

The Contenders ? Lewis Hamilton | The Buxton Blog

We laughed about this earlier in the year. About the insanity of life, where the sport had taken him and what lay before him in his career and his ultimate destiny. It wasn’t real. He knew that. And because of it, he wanted to make the most of it all. Because beyond everything that you see, beyond the big pimpin, diamante encrusted bling wearing magazine cover star lies that very same kid I first met at a cold and windy Ricard, surrounded by his family. When I sat down to interview him last in a one-on-one situation in Hockenheim, his first question was not for me, my crew, what we were filming or why… it was for Sophie, my daughter; how she was doing, how old she was now, how school was going and his own desire for a family one day.

That’s the man he is. Thoughtful. Sincere. Genuine.

Beautiful written on both accounts and are worth the read ...

    Best Regards,

This still shows Nico's true character that we saw in all its glory in the years WDC... Arrogance, Selfish, and Self Entitled...

What is wrong with you? The war is over, you won, yet you have to kick the guy when he's down.

And i read it as a fun joking guy who likes to take it to the next level, but you're skewed vision leads you to believe otherwise. Read the whole article, not just the excerpts that benefit your own agenda.

I think this is a great place to post this. Everyone asked why are Hamilton fans so fervent? Well, I don;t think we have ever seen another driver get treated the way he has in the media much less by small minded fans like Aircon Williams and Furoni... Here's a list of quotes that not only drive The Hammers fans but I think Hamilton as well. What's great is how wrong they are!

Hamilton Wins the Battle and the War to secure second title in Abu Dhabi | James Allen on F1 ? The official James Allen website on F1

Hamilton turns back on McLaren and signs for Mercedes | James Allen on F1 ? The official James Allen website on F1

“I think it is great for Perez, but a bad move for Hamilton.”
“Lewis’ best days may well be behind him at 27 years of age.”
“The move makes no sense if the guy truly (as he did say himself) thinks only about winning. McLaren have long been and are today vastly more competitive than Merc and if you are rational you should stay there if what you value mostly is winning. So what is left as motive for still making the move is money.”
“There is no evidence anywhere to suggest that Mercedes is a better place to be than McLaren going forward.”
“He’s leaving a team who will almost definitely produce a challenger year in, year out to go to a team who haven’t yet produced a challenger at all bar a one off in 2009 and that was only because they spent a full year developing. Even then they were slow come the end of the season. For a man who says his only priority is winning races this is complete and utter stupidity.”
“Mercedes are clearly lacking a stand out designer and I feel Hamilton’s career really is mimicking Villeneuve’s.”
“Why go from a regular winning team to another that does so sporadically, if not for the money? It can’t be for the winning, whatever Lewis might say.”
“Just enjoy the ear-ring clad, “I dont have my girlfriend or dad anymore” 1 time champ, who has a history of being given everything on the platter right from his youth for once having to fight in what i think will be a sub-par car.”
“I fear Lewis has chosen unwisely in his management – his actions are those of a wannabe global celebrity, rather than someone with a desire to be seen as an F1 all-time great. (Something I believe he clearly has the talent for). Disappointing.”
“Yes, Ross Brawn delivered many WDC’s to Shumacher, but Shumacher had that hunger for success already! Hamilton might have a hunger for success, but his hunger for fame over-rides his hunger for wins!”
“The grass may not be greener, but it’s got more bling I guess. If that’s what motivates him.”
“And there goes his career. I just can’t see Merc becoming a top performing team any time soon. The Brawn went from championship winning car to also ran Merc in one year, and hasn’t improved much since. They show early season pace and then it drops away.”
“Terrible decision, despite all his difficulties at McClaren. Turned himself from one of the big players into an also ran in one foul swoop.”
“It’ll be a great shame to see a driver of the quality of Hamilton in the mid-field, knowing that he chose to be there out of sheer greed.”
“Funny that he should move from a team that doesn’t let him have his trophies, to one where that’s not likely to be much of a problem.”
“Hamilton will be left struggling for 5th and 6th place finishes, whilst Vettel and Alonso will be fighting for championships in the years ahead. This will be the start of a very wrong turn in Hamilton’s career.”

Nothing wrong with me. I'm feeling great! I'm very happy the WDC ended the way it should with the better driver winning and both drivers displaying their true character for the world to see. Hamilton's Brilliant Determined and a F1 Driving Genius using the least amount of fuel of any driver on the grid while winning the most races and sometimes having to dance through the field to do so.... Brilliant!

    And then there's Nico...

    This shows your true character.

I wanted Lewis to win, i'm glad he did. It doesn't affect me to the point where i have to bash the 2nd place guy to further my self esteem or make my Monday morning any better. That in itself is weird and frankly, it says a lot about you too. But if this is what you need to feel better about yourself, i won't be the one to ruin it for you. Enjoy your day.

Its all in the history books for all to see I'm not making anything up or over exaggerating like Furoni or Williams who had the never to call a "Half Cast" a racial slur if you ask me. I think this speak more to their character than my but yet you choose to single out my comments... What does that say about you?

    Best Regards

Be careful describing most F1 champions including MS, FA etc. Sorry but that personality is shared by many loved here from different teams. Its just a normal state.

I agree though you have serious issues with self esteem related to someone who will never talk or spend time with you.

Its just F1 so move on and let this year go. Its over LH won and did well. Soon to be very old news. World turning .....

Sorry, but I have never got into the political correctness so prominent nowadays.

I am too old for that, and I will keep calling a spade, a spade.

Beside, my own mixed-raced children tend to agree with me.

You have mentioned this before mate, and i have asked you before. As a mixed race guy myself (black amd white) i dont like some of the things you imply and say.
So a simple question that i hope you will amswer. Are your own children half black and half white? Is this what you are saying?
Although this may have nothing to do with f1, i would never the less like to know so i can work you out.

No crow to be served LH's stats stand as proof. Im not stupid enough to argue that nor would I be arrogant enough to continue to pound on others over it. It was a good year for Mercedes and LH.
I think next year looms quite quickly and the others must find some way to do battle or I think we will see a major repeat of LH and Mercedes without question.
