I am not aware that this is your car? I was offered this car today by a party that claimed to know it was for sale and provided me the asking price and its location along with other information....I AM NOT marketing your car. (if this is in fact your car?) or it would say available VIA CATS EXOTICS.. I advised the person I would post it and if there were any calls or questions I would direct them to them...just thought it was helping a person out..I don't make a dime out of it... If it is your car, maybe check with WHO you advised that it was for sale and gave all the details to...if you wish, your welcome to contact me direct and I can give you the info of the provider I have along with their e mails...
Things are starting to make sense although I'm still unsure about this. To be clear, I don't think Roy is at fault for anything here. It seems ,in a deal I had made on another car, I spoke of my CT and that I am considering selling. That individual apparently forwarded the pic and info onto someone,I am not sure who, and that individual let Roy know of the car. At this point I don't think Roy conscientiously marketed my car without my authorization, rather posted a pic I had sent him weeks ago. This is likely the same pic this other guy sent Roy also and he didn't put two and two together. At this point, I am still considering selling car but have not formally put it up for sale. Again, Roy is not at fault. Given I had sent him that pic earlier it was to my surprise that it was on this site.
I understand and Thank You for that..I have 10 cars a day that people talk tome about, so I don't remember every car that comes across my desk. I did not put 2 and 2 together till I looked back on your e-mail and saw that it was the same pic that G**** sent me...accept my apology's for that..I was just trying to help someone if they were looking for a car..was not even looking to make a dime on it... Sorry again for the mistake.
A simple mistake of people getting excited over a rare car on North American soil perhaps finding a new home. My conversations with Roy about this are all good, no harm done.
AND to be 100% clear, on this car I DO NOT own it, I am NOT marketing it..I just am aware of the current owner interested in selling it and the info was passed onto me...so here it is and again not any money in it for me, just trying to bring some info to possible buyer and seller that may want to get together.. But, we learn from our errors, obvious that if someone asks me to put the INFO out there...not happening again unless I OWN the car...If I AM selling a car, it is posted on my WEBSITE.
I just came across this car today - a QV purchased new and collected from Sant Agata by Ferrari F1 pilot Gerhard Berger. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I've spoken to you about your car a year ago and you were willing to sell than for the right price or $450k as I recall. The market has caught up by now, what's the 2014 price? Geno
Besides some eye-rolling, I don't think they minded much, and he proceeded to buy another Countach from Lamborghini SpA during his tenure with Ferrari.

Think this was 86, the year before he joined Ferrari. Hopefully the Italians improved his dress sense as well... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Whilst at Ferrari he drove this to the races on occasion, then traded it in for another Countach, a 1989 25th Anniversario.
Car looks identical to mine, ext/int color combo, down to the front bumper wich i bought from Ultimat Motorworks in Orlando, back when i De americaniced it ,by the way the italian fiberglass quality on these factory parts are terrible, needed a lot of fit and finish.my wheel were also gold, but i had them painted silver, probably not the right thing to do,but can always be repainted back to gold. Just to make a short story long.

Wonder if that was the one that was in Australia many years ago? (there is a picture way, way back in this thread somewhere of it sitting in a driveway with an old Toyota Corona in the background)
