First as a lurker to this forum I want to thank those brave enough to post as I have learned a great deal regarding the pursuit of my first Ferrari (hopefully a 430 spider). I have learned the importance of PPIs, service records, mileage, and more. As I begin my search which ends up to be mostly online, is there anything one can do to eliminate cars right away based on the posted pics? Obviously body damage, etc but I didn't know if there was other tips to the process. I have contacted the dealer about this car on eBay but it seems odd that the inside of the front grills seems white. I am also leery that this is a So Florida car.

Any thoughts as to why this looks white?

    Thanks,

    Todd

Somewhat common to see the nostrils/grill painted. I've come across many that are painted black, which provides a different look than the standard plastic from the factory. The car you posted looks to have a silver paint on the grills. It might look more white on your screen. If you look through pictures of cars for sale or just in the gallery section on F chat you will see 430s that have the grills painted to the body color as well. I happen to think it looks good.

The price seems very low. Some due diligence will be required for sure. Best of luck.

Thank you, does anyone have experience with Kessler Auto Group? Can anyone recommend soneone to do a PPI in Miami?

    Thanks!

Very common for the nostrils to be painted that color from the factory. The price seems quite low.

They used to be the Ferrari dealer in New York City. From what I understand they moved to south Florida. Google it.

    I have no PPI reco.

The link originally showed a very low price of $105K. If you click on it now, it shows $135k but if you are Ebay, click on the heading and price then is listed at $112, 900. This is totally bizarre.

Looks like a solid 130's car to me, or maybe even a bit more depending on options. Rosso corsa spiders are out there and fairly common amongst the searches online. Many of them are quite nice so best of luck on your search :)
