I think this was a CS, got the pic from FB and it claims that it was in the DFW area yesterday on the 360 (name of the road? oh the irony).

That is why i removed my wiper blades from my CS, so I won't drive in rain.

When I picked up mine I got stuck in a down pour, the car handled it well but I got off the main highway and onto secondary roads at the first exit to get myself out of harms way.

I drive the CS in normal mode during wet weather since its just too responsive in Race mode when the road is slippery.

I will admit that I won't take it out from the Garage if its raining but I will continue driving to or from where ever I am if rain comes out during my outing.

I know I know I'm a wimp but the car is just so nice that I would rather limit the potential incidents that tend to occur due to bad road conditions.

 

you are not a wimp, you are smart. why would you even drive a CS in rain. I am sure you have a second car for rainy days, LOL!!!
another reason i took the wipers out because of clear bra on windshield.

I'd leave the wipers on the car... what if U need them for a rainy day?? Haha

Not crazy about the yellow interior but absolutely love the lexan windows and radio delete. A lot of wow for this one.

 

+ 1 for lexan windows. Very unique interior.

 

This is a very interesting car for sure. I posted about it on my website a few days ago. Originally delivered new in Dresden, Germany to racing driver Ralph Neunteufel in september 2004. A 2-owner car and now for sale in the UK.

Giallo interior, lexan sliding windows, radio-delete, rollbar, fire extinguisher, 4-point racing harnesses...a real track specced car and 100% unique! I wonder what it will go for. It was for sale in 2012 for €125k with 9000 km's. Seems like a steal now.
