I just got it a few days ago, and started the classic F1 car challenge. So far the challenges are pretty good. However, the top speed challenge in Monza JR Track (never knew they had a smaller configuration) is challenging because you can't go off track..
Just started yesterday. Anyone play it without the steering or braking aids? Good game for killing time in between clients!
So far no challenges that have broken steering and I'm done day 5 already. Each challenge you need to skip the cost goes up 5 gold.
I found a little trick for the online multiplayer which means I'm quite consistently world top 50 with over 1100 points. I still have to drive like stink but I have found a little advantage nobody else seems to have realised. Not gonna tell what but sooner or later, if I'll have enough time, I'll try to get to top 6 and get the coins
NeuroBeaker have a heavy thumb so low steering help and traction control for now. Is there a way to sell your old cars to recoup the credits?
No that would be great. But they prefer you spend real cash on gold. Look at the prices of gold. If you bought the most expensive cars they would cost over a $100.
The lack is reselling is BS, IMO. Hardly we use back our earlier cars. My Viper is just lying in the garage like so many other cars too. I missed the boat in securing the classic F1 Ferrari car. I kinda got stuck at the drifting for 20 secs challenge at Le Mans.
I was the opposite. After 4 attempts at it, I skipped a challenge early on that didn't allow any skidding at all. However, the endurance challenge requiring 20 seconds of skidding wasn't too much of an issue. I managed to get the 375 F1, it's cool. All the best, Andrew.
Yes the whole event was an easy one for me. I guess the more you wait the more difficult it gets as you'll have to beat other players' records who played in the meantime. Try disconnecting if it works. Btw Nurburgring will come soon. 8 min laps!
rather then extra cars, the new update sees some circuit with no noise (Spa), and quicker and shorter gearchanges, resulting in lack of top speed. I think they should improve the physics of the game better, such as having slipstream, and better AI
Tried to kill some time by making liveries for the old cars that I no longer use and cannot resell. There's a limit on the number of vinyl shapes per car so forget that Martini Ross Ford Focus idea! LOL
LoL...i hardly have time to paint those cars. I think it's expensive, and waste of golds. So i just use the basic vinyls.
Funny thing is I used basic shapes until I ran into the limit. I'll stick to the simpler tobacco sponsorships! LOL
Zero wait times on repairs today; I wish the did away with wait times. The more we play, and rotate through screens = more advertisements viewed. They should just get rid of wait times.
I agree. The zero dowtime for service was really awesome. Just started the 412 T2 challenge. Really awesome car to drive, though a tricky one. You have to be very gentle with her. Especially around the slow corners.
Anyone having any problems with the 7 outside overtakes challenge for the 412 T2? It seems to register the first 3 or 4 outside overtakes as valid, bit then stops counting. I can't figure out why they aren't being counted. Do you have to do the outside overtake just entering the counter before the turn or on the apex? All the best, Andrew.
Yes it's a bit idiosyncratic but after a few times it recorded enough of them, sometimes even 2 per time
