Foggy 512TR fog lights

    I know there is a how to thread to on how to remove the fog lights, clean and then reattach. I can't seem to find the thread. Anyone have the link? Thanks in advance.

    Some advice
    After you have removed the fixture
    The glass lens itself is bonded to fixture by an adhesive
    One of my tr's it popped of easily
    The other was extremely tight

    Use a razor blade to score adhesive
    Follow around edges as deep as you can 3 or 4 times
    Then hold one half of fixture in one hand and lens in other to separate carefully
    Have a blanket under you
    I believe they are actual crystal
    Wash with warm dish soap and a scrubby sponge
    They will come out new!
    I used clear 3m silicone to replace
    Good time to use polishing compound on bumper orifice

    6 screws out of grill
    Left and right side are barrel nuts that screw in and hold fixture

    Dont be afraid
    The whole job is less than 1 hour to do
