Identifying a TRUE Spare Tire for a Dino?

    Hi all!

    Glad to be a part of this online chat! I came across a supposed spare tire from a Ferrari Dino. I have search long and far to see if this piece is worth adding to my memorabilia and parts collection. Anyways, I was contacted by a gentleman who says that he has this spare tire for sale. It is stamped Ferrari and Dino, yet I feel that the tire should be the stock tire size as most cars were in the day. Also, wasn't the rim stamped/casted Fiat and not Ferrari? I have attached some images he has emailed me to further analyze the wheel. The gentleman claims that the tire is 18" and the whee is 3 1/4 By 18. Thanks in advance!

    No, not for the "normal" wheets, these were like the Dino 246 in 14" with a 205/70 tire, the spare has a much lower tire.
