It's been a while since I've personally seen a Ferrari on the roads in these parts (out in the Valley), but today, while I was heading east on 104th Ave in Surrey to get on the #1, going in the opposite direction (heading west) was a red 328 GTS. The top was off and he was really haulin' . The exhaust sounded amazing (it had to be a more open version of a Tubi). Around 3PM...

 

Hi Peter, I've seen a number of post-2000 Ferraris on the road in Vancouver in the past weeks. For older models, I saw a red 328 on Nanaimo southbound north of Hastings about 4 weeks ago. Wonder if the red 328 you saw was F-Chat member Basal Skull's Euro 328. As for me, I try to get my 328 out at least weekly. We're lucky to live where you can drive them almost all year long. BTW, there was a silver GT4, possibly a Euro, at Milo's a couple of weeks back.

I think the 328 I saw had U.S.-spec front turn signal lenses (so all amber, not the white/amber combo of the Euro cars). He drove by fast and was a bit of a blur!

Correct, it's from LMC, my second car purchase from them, terrific boutique dealer. Thanks for the kind remarks.

 

Good pick-up, and thanks. The area is also the location of my current residence.

 

I was eyeing that car for quite a while and saw that they reduced the price a bit as well! Great value and agreed, LMC is a good boutique dealer specializing in high end cars in great condition! I purchased a C4S years ago from them and it was great. My S.O. wouldn't agree to a second Fcar and a two-seater at that....

Great day in the city to be driving. What a glorious Saturday!

 

Back on either Tuesday, or Wednesday morning, just before 6 AM while I was heading to work, I saw a 430 Spider heading south on 208th Street... Same one?

 

I heard from a guy who knows the head mechanic at FMoV that told him a LaFerrari will be coming to Vancouver... No mention of when it will arrive... Not sure whether this guy was BS'n me, but considering some of the rarest cars have been seen here, maybe it is true.

 

I have heard this as well. Looking forward to seeing it!.
**hint, it will complete the triple threat for a lucky guy.
