Jason. Actually, I care. It's nice to hear others opinions and commentary. He wasn't being disrespectful to CS owners, only offering his opinion about the two cars. Perhaps a quiet apology is in order...?

...I think it's time for you to man up and to make another poor (financial) decision and upgrade from the Scud to a Speciale, "it's so way ahead to drive"...in comparison the Scud feels agrarian!

Beauty! Curious what it sold for.

Lower dash in red alcantara and that would be perfect.

Interesting, I'm at 14,850 miles, the previous owner hardly drove the car.

I got it with 12,000 miles and have driven it every chance I get, even god forbid on the race track at high performance driving events.

The driving season isn't long in my town plus I have a few other Summer only toys that want attention.

Anyway long story to say I'm glad to see some people are driving these wonderful cars instead of just keeping them as art exhibits.

    Happy New Year.

Based on the specs and mileage I'm guessing this is the media car? Rosso Corsa, VIN ends in a 2...?

That doesn't look like the factory START button to me! Perhaps it broke and was replaced with a cheap alternative button.

Also notice scratching on the steering wheel leather and non standard exhaust tips, so possibly aftermarket exhaust fitted too.

That was has been for sale for several weeks. Started out at $159.9k.

Yep, they don't appear to be OEM bits. Tires are not OEM spec Corsas either, not that I'd run on Corsas anyway and easy enough to replace to superior RE-11 or MPSS.

    Already went and looked.

Mechanicals appear to be in great shape, Norwood did all the work and they are absolutely the equal of any Ferrari Dealer on the planet. The interior, well, not so much. Needs a complete overhaul.

I've been thinking about a 355(gated of course) for a while but now a days they started showing up for $90K on ebay. I am so thinking about this car. If I buy this car I won't have to do anything to it(aftermarket). I had a 360 prewiously and ended up spending well over $20K on aftermarket stuff. I was planing the same for the 355 if I bought one. The 360 I owned was doll next to the 355 in the beggining but by the time I sold it it was a flame thrower. I do miss the 355 more but the 360CS was in my dream last night.

A few of us have gone from the 355 to the CS and I certainly don't have any regrets.

At first I wasn't sure so I held on to the 355 but after getting used to the F1 on the CS I almost never drove the 355 so I let it go.

Good luck with what ever you chose to go after.

..complete overhaul? Are we looking at the same pictures, leather seats show some wear but I don't see rips or anything that would mean abnormal wear...10 year old car with 22k+ miles, calibrate expectations...Replacing the "start" button is hardly an complete overhaul!

I don't want to disparage the car, it just didn't meet my standards.

This unique CS is for sale in Italy by G.T.O. Motors. It was originally black and later resprayed to Nero Opaco (matt black). Very interesting car, it's the first time I see a CS in this color.

    Exterior color Nero Opaco
Interior color Charcoal (very dark grey)

    Mileage 52000 km's
    Asking price €118500

Link to registry (no VIN, only license plate known): Challenge-Stradale.com - Ferrari 360 CS in Nero Opaco
Link to mobile.de: Ferrari Challenge Stradale als Sportwagen/Coupé in Saronno - Varese - Va

Please share the VIN if you know it, thanks :)
