In the US there are two routes.

Home built which afaik is allowed in California as well.

Show and display which we will apply for.

The W12 road engine will be fully emmisions compliant.

Napolis, has Ferdinand Piech expressed interest for your project/car?

I know he owns at least one W12 Nardo, he may be keen to add another hypercar to the stable powered by his creation :)

What about developing a third hybrid power unit that bolts to the car? Or even a fully electric motor?

Our concept remains lighter, simpler but if a customer wants a hybrid we can easily fit the F1 system we developed for P 4/5 C.

I would personally find that option the most appealing. A proper hybrid alternative to the likes of fxxk and p1 gtr which can actually be raced and that's ready to be used on public roads and city centres. Both of which things the other 2 can't.

just reading c&d article on konigsegg one:1. looks like has similar style greenhouse to 003. this seems like more of a competitor than the hybrids. will be fun to see comparisons of it to the road version

Our greenhouse in MUCH narrower than Konigsegg's.

    Great engineering, power and lightness.

I forget, was the KERS on P4/5 C batteries or flywheel charged? Is the flywheel solution legal for street use?

Thanks. Difficult to package indeed, if you want to keep a passenger seat... If a client would prefer a flywheel LMP1 style solution, would that be viable from a technical point of view?

Yes but you'd give up passenger seat.

Fascinating interview. Look forward to seeing Murray's "unborn sports car". I had read a previous interview with him prior to the latest round of hypercars. It was very much the same except there was not that fire to prove an industry direction wrong. That is the kind of stuff that creates legends...or epic failures of course. Should be exciting to watch.

I obviously need to drive an Elan now also.

SCG working with them at all? : )))

Personally I like having a usable passenger seat in my road going ex race cars.

This book will be very interesting.

It's presentation will be in this year's Geneva auto show together with the car?
