Yep, noticed that. He seems to be an Fchatter and if he is, I'm surprised he hadn't posted that article. Or maybe he did and I just never saw it until yesterday. lol

TDF Blue CS just sold here in ATX for $145k.IIRC has no stripe and had slightly over 10k.
Car was gorgeous overall. Amazingly clean. Someone is getting a stunning car.

Will be interesting to watch the CS that is up for auction at Gooding next week. They have a high estimate of $220k. You 360 CS guys will be peeing yourselves if it sells for that price!

Maybe I'll drive my car to the auction and see if I can sell it to the frustrated second place bidder.

Still trying to understand the market. Why is this car so much cheaper than many of the other CS's in the market?

    1. Seller doesn't know the market?

    2. 28K miles?

    3. Previous damage not disclosed in the AD and they're trying to dump it? (Just a guess I have no idea if that's the case. The car may be perfect)

Monteman. Probably because of the mileage. They are not asking a huge discount to some of the others on the market.

FerrariFL, any reason you think it will exceed $220k? Is that car more special than the rest for some reason?

Yes. Low mileage (less than 1500 miles), color combo is popular Rosso Scuderia with red-black alcantara. And I assume it's in new condition, no accidents and a factory stripe.

Plus it will be in a alcohol and testosterone fueled competition called an auction. No reason it wouldn't bring something close to the original MSRP or something higher.

You're shorting it $10k... high estimate is actually $230k. There already have been a few $200k+ private transactions.

    I do, too.

    lol

    yessir

I think it'll fetch top dollar

Presumably the car was driven hard by journalists during media events when the model was introduced. IMO the biggest concern would be whether or not proper warm up occurred before the car was driven hard.
