Dunlop brake booster repair kit

can someone help me to find a 330mk2 brake booster dunlop c84 rebuild kit?

there must be some other booster in the world would have similar enough bladder or is this just wishful thinking

My brakes guy is familiar with bonaldi-bendix but apparently wont work

 

I think some models of the Jensen Interceptor used the Dunlop C84. These guys sells Dunlop repair kits : https://www.martinrobey.com/jensen/interceptor/interceptor-i/braking-system/brake-servo-unit

 

i dont know for sure, but have been told some truck manufactures boosters are the same......

 

That Ital-Spares kit seems quite pricey. I had mine rebuilt and bench tested for $350 about 10 years ago in San Jose. This included a complete cosmetic restoration as well. The only thing is that their plating is with modern coatings, so if you must have clear cad, for instance, you would need to have the main pot and a few other (easily removed) pieces plated again. If this is not an issue for you, then what you get back from them is pretty and tested, ready to be put in service.

Could not get booster bladder anywhere but it tested OK
Brake and clutch master overhauled by Power Brakes Adelaide worked perfectly.
New clutch slave I had stashed away.
