That is amazing. Well done Ford.

I'm guessing that their sales team are currently having money thrown at them from future owners right about now.

It looks like a Ford GT had a one night stand with a LaFerrari! Strangely attractive!

Wow! Look at the rear on that thing!

At first I was like "Eh" but now I am just in love. I love everything about this car except that it does not have a stick shift.

I first saw the pics on facebook and before reading the caption immediately thought "Ooh! The new Mclaren or 458 replacement!". Good to see Detroit is starting to catch up to the Italians on the styling front. C7, Viper, now this... American companies are making my plan to get a used Gallardo or 430 in the next couple years look less and less appealing..

I'm still reserving judgement. It's not bad. But I like the classic lines of the older Ford GT better. The new one seems to be trying too hard and has some derivative styling cues (though, what doesn't?). Kudos to Ford though for not trying to resurrect completely the GT40/GT design . . . again.

I do like the talk about the high power/weight ratio, despite the car having a TT V6 rather than a TT version of the Shelby GT350's flat plane V8. Lower weight with the V6 I suppose.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks like a Tesla Roadster & Lotus? (The front end anyway). But I still do like it.

Anyone have a ballpark idea on price? Are we talking $130-150k or 300+?

No stick? Ford will be my new heroes if they'll offer a stick option. I love angular design, and I absolutely love this car.

Seeing how Most of the car is CF, and production for now is said to be 300 units, I would dare guess $500,000 plus is not unrealistic.

It looks very good, but a lot of the design cues are straight from the LaFerrari book, including the rear wheelarches, the doors and even the fixed seat. It looks totally different from the LaF as expected, but you can tell Ford is playing catch up. I love it though, but I wish it wasn't a V6. The V8 roar was a big part of the GT's coolness.
