How on earth can we be expected to remember we have a Ferrari?

Does the color of the horse make a difference to it's value?

Not for counting purposes. As for MSA guidelines, that needs to go before committee... ;)

Do you, perhaps, have any not identified for the official count?

Representing MSA by having a black MSA approved car, I can say ANY Cavalino (speaking for Marmist) which is not in MSA approved color is deducted from total count. That being said, all cars will have a different count if not MSA approved

I've been taking the time to identify and verify the Cavallino Counts in a Cali T as an FChat community public service.

We all know that the second most asked question at a gas station pump, after of course, the most asked question:

"How much did that baby cost you?",

has proven, in fact, to be:

"Precisely how many prancing horse, or cavallino, logo images appear inside and outside your Ferrari, including stitched, plated and printed, and can you please break that out into factory and after market?".

    Summary available later today...

    :)

My car is, of course, non MSA on all accounts. However, since the wheel caps are carbon, do I count them? The shields are standard yellow, so I presume they count. I know it is largely an academic question since regardless of the number of Cavalinos, it will never by MSA.

Yes, the carbon wheel cabs are carbon (black)
Shields are standard and they count
Many of your Cavalinos do count, as they are not white :0 or non MSA conforming. ONLY the cavalinos in non MSA colors are deducted from final tally.
MSA of America (Italy may have a different interpretation)

Wow, that is something I feel we all must defer to Marmist...

Marmist, what do you think of yellow vs. carbon wheel caps?

Dave, not a dedication plate... The "60 years in the US" plate. All US 2015 cars have it standard.

Ok, on the inside of the drivers door are horses, and on the center cap of the AC vents are horses. I think we need a stable :0
