Yep, I noticed of all the ones left for sale at year end, none were red. Mostly silver and yellow, with one black.
There was one just last week on Ebay. Let me go to the data vault! Still there and the guy must really want to move it. He had it listed for $89,000 two weeks ago. Then he re-listed at $88,000 citing a bogus buyer. Now he has dropped it $85,000 and wants to trade for a CS. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ferrari-360-Coupe-2000-ferrari-360-modena-trade-for-challenge-stradale-corvette-camaro-458-spider-/131407717968

Kevin, Couple more data points for you. This one sold last weekend for $100k. He had a reserved auction going for it that got up to $60k I think and then he accepted and offer for $100k. Sold in about 2 days b/c I saw it on Friday and it was sold by Sunday. Ferrari 360 Modena | eBay VIN: ZFFYU51A140137385 It's a nicely optioned Red/Tan with 12k miles. Challenge Stradale Wheels, Challenge Grills, Badges, Red Calipers, Lots of Leather, Power Daytona Seats. It did have the contrast black panels in the seats so I think that might have made some buyers pause. I'll also add this to your list of coupes currently available for sale. Didn't see it on your list. Cars for Sale: 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena in Pompano Beach, FL 33064: Coupe Details - 388843309 - AutoTrader.com The whole dealership seems a bit sketchy. But its a gated Red/ Tan at a low price of $78k. It is higher mileage at 36k miles. I did call them last week and couldn't get any useful information. Only options I can tell from the pics are Shields, Red Calipers, and matching leather steering wheel. I called last week and they said they're selling it for a friend of the owners. Claims its clean and been regularly serviced at one of the many non-dealership high-end service centers in the area. Said I could call over there to verify service and condition of the car. When I said sure, give me information, he said he couldn't remember the name of the place and he'd call me back with it. Never heard back from them. They did say the headliner was sagging but they would fix that at time of sale. Obviously, I would recommend a very thorough PPI. You can add the VIN to your list: ZFFYU51A830131663
Wow that is a nice car. It's still on their website but that doesn't mean much. 2004 Ferrari 360 Modena Coupe Portland, Oregon | Speed Sports Thanks for the headsup on these cars I have added them to my data. I appreciate it!
Adding the latest two changed the graphs a little. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The carfax on this one shows crash damage...but is is a nice looking car. Really good pics in the ad.
Thanks, after seeing the beautiful Black/Black real manual they have for sale I thought they would know what they were talking about! Go figure. I will mod the data on Monday.
Wow, crash damage and they still got 100k for it. I was wondering if there was a story there. He told me it was sold so I didn't bother doing any research on it but good to know. I agree with allen_993 about the pics. Some really good shots. They really went all out on those photos and obviously it worked. Kevin, your info appears to be all correct on the 2004 at FoLI. It's the one Jerome was offered that was listed as having 2500 miles. It actually has 4760 and it's definitely a 3 pedal. I've seen photos of the stick. The Maserati of FL (FoLI's sister dealership) has it listed wrong as having an F1 transmission so maybe that's what allen_993 saw? Rest of the sites list it as Manual. Though admittedly many dealership have that wrong and you can't trust it until you see pics. What's funny is Maserati of FL is one of the biggest offenders calling many of their F1's manual. Now they have an actual Manual and they list it as an F1!
I called and spoke to Kyle at Ferrari of Long Island about the 4760 mile car...specifically about F1 or gated manual. He wasn't sure, so he checked it out, called me back and said it was a F1. That is my only basis. Where did you see pics of that car?
I caught Gianni before he left town and he sent me a couple pics. I think part of the problem is most of them headed down to Cavallino so no one around. I also think they do have a red tan F1 in stock. But it's a different year with different mileage.
I bought my 2000 red/tan 360 with gated manual last year, but it didn't show up on the lists in this thread since it was only listed on autotrader.com. It was the exact combination I had been looking for (and with clean history), so I jumped at the opportunity and had to have the car shipped clear across the country. IMO, the true manual is the only way to go in a 360 - makes it that much more entertaining to drive.
I contacted ArtNNYC/Jerome who is in New York and who was originally offered this car. . He indicated it was a stick/manual as well.

2000 Ferrari 360 Modena | eBay Very aggressive price slashing on this one. It has the black painted interior parts (I think it looks good like this) and start button. One owner car! Was 89K, then 88K, then 85,900..and now has a BIN @ $76,000 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Also has changed the phone number in the prior two ads. Was: 408 458 7243 Is: 408-498-1719 Definitely requires some DD
One just popped up in Newport Beach. A little optimistic on the price I think. Didn't look like a lot of options. But only 1000 miles. AutoTrader.com Mobile:: Used 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena
Oh, an outlier. I will get it into the pot on Monday and see what it does to the data graphs. Probably worth it to a collector though.
The one at the Chevy dealer in CT discussed in a recent thread just increased the price back to 79k for some reason. It's been there for months now with a steadily decreasing price. It was at 73k early in the week so I'm not sure why they'd raise it after it's been sitting for 4 months... http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430/473945-potential-newbie-qs-about-01-coupe-chevy-dealer.html
I changed the input for the Chevy car. It really is a sweet spec, too bad it's lost in a Chevy dealership. Here is the pricing data for that car that I have for VIN ZFFYU51AX10124999 Now: $78,995 Was (Jan '15) $73,889 Was (Dec '14) $73,989 Was (Nov '14) $74,989 I almost have a full year of data! I know not everyone likes the two Y Axis plot but I like it to see where the theoretical "middle" of the market is. Left Y Axis is the price with the extents of the plot area adjusted to match up with the high and low price. Right Y Axis is the miles with the extents of the plot area adjusted to match the up with the high and low miles. The almost one year look at the "market" says, to me, that a car with ~21,500 miles commands an "asking" price of ~$82K. It will be more fun in about 6 months when I can compare trends over seasons.
