    The paint work is very good,although I have heard the first batch of this model
    Had some quality issues with glue and bad paint work.

    I had heard that as well... I'd also seen more than one where the stripes were poorly aligned. Yours looks perfect in all regards, though. Good stuff.

    It is a very well engineered model. I have one apart that came in with terrible paint and decals. I am repainting it for a customer and it will have no stripe.

    I took a good look at mine when it arrived and the paint is VERY cheap and nasty!

    It looks like they skimped on it, it looks very thin around the front end of the car.

    The stripes and rear end is good, but the front is horrible.
