The test in the reasonably priced car doesn't offer good comparisons because tbe car they use is continuously upgraded (I.e different model year and even the actual make of car has changed -fuel loads will matter also). No one would think kimi raikkonnen is almost 5 seconds slower than another f1 driver over the same lap. Or if you want to do dry comoarisons no way jenson is 2.5 secs slower over a lap than ricciardo. I don't know the rest of the times but isnt Damon hills time on there atike 1.49-1.50 on a dry track?

Here's the thing, now you're trying to infer Ricci is a faster driver than Lewis, just because he went faster on the TG track, well okay if that's the standard/benchmark you want to set for a driver skill set, no problem, but it isn't mine.

Then you again infer the only reason Lewis wins or won last year is because the car was so dominant, when we both know Nico is no slouch and by hook and by crook, gave Lewis a run for his money, but in my opinion the right and quickest driver won.

As regards Webber he had obviously been designated the role to back up Vettel, so hence forth his results reflected that, something IMO a position Lewis has never had the luxury of, but one I could argue he should have, however I'am not a fan of team orders so am happy.

So to summarize Ricci IMO is a future star in the making, with maybe a little more to show in all round skill, but I'am and still totally impressed with him, the same with Lewis brilliant driver, exciting to watch and a good reason to keep watching.

I have no biased, I admire drivers for numerous reasons but mainly there driving skills, pity I cannot say the same about you.

 

I'm not inferring anything. Daniel was faster at the TG track than Lewis. That's a fact...make of it what you will.
