Use the search function of this forum and search for 135215, this is the chassis number of the car. Or go to Challenge-Stradale.com - Ferrari 360 CS VIN 135215 This car has some stories. Interior replaced and the front and rear bumper have been replaced after an incident where the car went offroad. It's been discussed a few weeks ago in this topic.
Thanks Mike, good advice! Yeah I read on Page 323 here I back tracked figuring it was recently discussed. Good to know the VIN and have the challenge-Stradale website as a valuable resource!
Yep! Not too shabby! + 1 yes I agree...generally if the ask is going up (like recently), the bid has to close the gap, which usually ends in higher (sold) prices.. Supply will only become more limited and I believe demand will remain strong. Looking good if u are a CS owner right now. But I'm curious to see if these others sell for 200k+. I agree that this could be a telltale sign for what's to come.
SOLD! Yep, sold this morning. On market for less than 24 hours. Someone clicked "buy it now" at $219k. FoSF left $$$ on the table considering similar CS above at FoCFL at $259k.
With 512bbi's now in the 200s it doesn't seem that unreasonable for a CS to be in the 200s as well...
Close... you're missing 2014 info. It was last for sale in May 2014 at FoBH for $167.5k with 8k miles. NART stripe? I know of a silver with factory stripe for $240k Photos of the incident don't appear too bad, but nonetheless it didn't like that ditch too much
not sure how $50K was made. if my math is correct, 5 bucks was earned (excluding taxes, DMV annual fees, insurance, maintenance). typo?
any history? whose previous owner/exporter? all i know is this car is currently in Beijing, china and as the owner's friend told me it was imported from the US . but I doubt it becauase it does not have the corner lights I have yet to talk to the owner Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
+ 1. It's not just the CS. If you look at 328 and 512 TR prices for example you will see large increases across the board.
2004 Ferrari F360 Challenge Stradale - Silverstone Auctions This LHD car was sold by auction in the UK last weekend. Hammer price £130500. On their site, I read the buyer's premium is 12.5%. That means this car was sold for 200.000 in total ! £130500 x 1,125 (buyer's premium) x 1,36 (exchange rate £ to ) = 200.000 This same car was for sale in Italy less than a year ago for 125.000 ! Rosso Scuderia / Red-black leather / Factory stripe / Rollbar / Fire extinguisher / rear parking sensors / ~13000 km's Link to registry: Challenge-Stradale.com - Ferrari 360 CS VIN 137660 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
CORRECTION: Hammer price was £116000. £130500 is the price including the 12.5% commision. Converted to Euros, it's €177k. Still not bad
CS inventory drying up... only 2 for sale on AutoTrader, 2 on Cars.com, 2 on eBay. 5 CS's in total that are publicly listed. After F of San Francisco sold their $219k striped CS in less than 24 hours last week and F of Central Florida sold their $260k striped CS there are no factory striped CS's for sale. And the CS that sat for years at Wright Automotive just sold. Hope buyer knows what he/she is getting into. Eeks. The wrecked CS in Canada with aftermarket wheels also just sold. Eeks again.
The CS being sold by Exotic Motorsport Midwest on eBay is the one that was being sold by Wright automotive. Did EMM do a service and are now trying to flip it or did they only wax it and throw it on the market?
