Maybe because it's known as a Frua project rather than Lamborghini--a four door Lambo
    Only one was made.
After the Geneva Auto Show the car was sold to Lambo-Motor AG in Basel. (anybody hear a price?) who sold it to a German collector (again, anybody remember a price?). It may still be in the dealer's hands but remained registered in Switzerland.
Although it wasn't restored yet. the picture on the net show a clean car, at least from 30 ft.It was at a major Lambo reunion in the '70s.

The Faena never left Switzerland, it was stored long years at Ferrari/Lambo Dealer Foitek until it got sold to a well-known collector (still in Switzerland).

I thought those tail lamps looked familiar...... Appear to be off the Maserati Kyalami.

Actually no Philippe. That was a De Tomaso era car. The Maserati version of the Longchamp. But they certainly did have some Citroen parts on hand but those taillamps weren't used on any Maserati models under Citroen that I know of? But Pietro Frua designed both cars so there you go.

The square rear vertical window is ungainly looking in my view but I like the rest. What a cool car to own.
