Here are the drawings in the technical regulations booklets showing proper logo placement based on year. They do have subtle changes and are not all the same. I do not have the '99 season graphic but I have been told it is the same as the '99 placement.

    So let's start with:

    1995

In early 1995 when my Challenge car was prepared for Peter Sachs by Miller Motorcars, the 1995 regulation manual for the F355 Challenge was still in its draft form, a copy of which came with my car. The sponsor logo placement depicted in the draft was a bit different and the sketch depicted the 348 Challenge. Indeed, logo placement changed from race to race. Owners could add a few local sponsor decals.

The 1995 North American 348 and F355 Challenge Series was sanctioned by IMSA and their rule book specified the IMSA decal to be placed on the front and doors of the car as well as the series name. FNA combined the IMSA and Ferrari Challenge logos into a single decal placed on each door.

Here's how my F355 Challenge appeared at Road Atlanta in 1995 and how it appears today. It was the only F355 Challenge that raced in the North American Series that year...

Of historical significance is this picture of my car in early 1995. Based on reports by Peter Sachs and Miller Motorcars, the Challenge grill was made available by Ferrari.

Lenses had to be taped as per regulations.

You can see how the two rear Challenge chassis crossmembers afford protection of the transmission and clutch when these cars straddled the rumble strips.

How would we source a full set of 1995 decals?
I have a vinyl plotter so cutting single color is not an issue

    Tim,

Pirelli, speedline, Agip, OMP, etc. are available from Acromann. We have a graphics shop nearby that does everything else for Ferrari Motorsports (Ferrari of Central Florida, Ferrari of Tampa, and Classic Coach).

    Excellent, book marking this

Barry I grabbed a couple 5 gallon pails of race fuel and went for a spin, very hard to keep the tires from not spinning. It's great :)

    Barry,

As usual, you are a great help. :) I got my Speedline wheel stickers from Acromann.

I have not heard back from Rocco on my email sent a couple weeks back on some challenge parts and airbag stickers for my Berlinetta.

Do you have the name and number for the graphics shop? I want to get these ready to further transform the car. Thanks.

    Robb

In 1996 IMSA's name was changed to Professional Sports Car Racing and there was a new decal to be affixed to the front and doors of the cars...

On my car, the IMSA stickers were still there in 1996.

    Barry,

Thanks for posting the logo for IMSA and its replacement. I had seen some stickers on the headlights but had not seen it closeup.

All of my teammate cars (and mine) had a sticker on the right headlight bucket which was blue and white. Until I get some close-ups, I can't tell.

Any idea from the group what this sticker was? Was it the racing organization like IMSA or PSCR? This would have been in '98. This photo shows Matt Drendel's car. Any close-ups? Looks like the same size as PSCR. I have no clue...
