    Ok, got levels figured, need the drain and dipstick plug torque numbers fir a 1998 355 spider please.

    If it's like on the 348.. don't keep turning thinking it will stop. It won't until you replace the whole thing with a timesert insert... ;)

    Err on the side of a little more loose -- trust me on this... ask me how I know.

    by the way, the same reasoning applies to greasing o-rings. A little is good, a lot is bad. You just need a little to allow the o-ring to move quickly under pressure. A lot of grease and the grease may hinder the o-ring function and allow fluid to leak around o-ring.
