That colour looks superb on a 458 too. I really like this Used 2012 FERRARI 458 Spider 2dr Auto for sale in Surrey | Pistonheads
Pretty much every colour looks good on a 308. However, up until now even though I've never felt that red is the best colour on a 458 I reckon I'd still go with red when it came to putting my money down. But if that looks half as good in the flesh as it does in the photos, I think that is now the spec I'd really go with. Different wheels, but otherwise it looks stunning.
It does say "Version 2"...I wonder if they've changed since you bought yours. I wish you were a fast driver.....it'd be good to know how those tyres actually perform, rather than "yes they fit" lol
Used Handchooks a few times, X1/9 to CL600. Been happy with them. Tracked X1/9 Originally on Bridgestone potenza - they had a very low tread wear (80 !) & got too hot after a few laps, Hancooks were a little slower but consistent & faster than the Bridgestones after the Bridgestones got too hot. On the CL they have done the job, ( Ventus) but I feel they lack some grip/ feel - or is that just too much torque.... I suggest you look at GT radial as well. I've have them on the rear of my 928, nice ride, quiet and they like to grip. Compared to the previous Goodyear Eagles that just spun up in the wet, these spin but find grip. & they last better than my usual 7000km per rears ( 928 torque destroys tires). Porsche mechanical whizz Don Roe -Pacecars- has fitted them to many 911s with great success. An old mate put GTs on his Saab , changing from P7, again quieter, better ride, more grip & better turn in. He was pretty surprised & so cheap vs the Pirelli. ( he has raced Targa - AMG trainer in the past so has some skill) The only time I've taken them off is from the Cayenne, the big chunky 4wd tire was too noisy, like an old Rangy - but not as bad, but again they rode better & had better turn in than the Pirelli Verde on now. Though I think the Verde do work well in the snow!
It looks as close to new as I've ever seen, just phenomenal. I'm usually not a huge fan of the Spider, but that is just amazing.
Can't stand hairdresser spec myself; but that is so nice I could almost get past my bias Love the unique; but tasteful colour spec as well.
Come off it, you lot. Apart from the nice exterior colour and the shields there's nothing particularly wonderful about it. The interior is, ummmm, an acquired taste at best. You want to see a "new" 355 Spider have a look at the one the Adelaide dealer has (had?) for sale. About 2,000km on the clock and still with the original protective covering over parts of the interior. And about $200k. Imagine what that would be worth if it wasn't Aussie delivered...
