I have been reading about different products because its time for an oil change. Some guys swear by seafoam and even claim their 355 had better compression tests after because it removed enough carbon that the valves were able to seat better. techron gas additive for cleaning injectors... I found one post where a guy uses an upper engine lubricant that he swears promotes longer ring and valve/guides life.

What do you use if any?

For engine oil most likely I will use Pennzoil Platinum Euro 5w-40 again.

I am yet to find any additive that is truly effective.
Before you do your oil change you can add to the oil a detergent that will help remove carbon deposits and other nasty stuff so they can be flushed with the old oil.
Beyond that, to me it's mostly snake oil.
On the valve seat issue, I know some add a few liters of diesel once in a while when filling up, apparently it lubricates effectively.

On the other hand: high quality oil suitable for the temp range, changing coolant every other year to ensure anti corrosion additives in the coolant stay efficient are absolutely required.

A friend who builds those pro stock bike engines turned me on the it years ago. One of his weapons he still uses. Better seals the rings also and keeps stuff clean not to mention lubricates the rubber bits

Having injectors cleaned and flow tested is super cheap,
I would advise that over mechanic in a can.

Yeah, I think I paid around $300 or $400, and that included labor for them to remove, test, clean, calibrate and reinstall.
