Thanks, thats aprox535$ us ,avg car avg miles, + whatever freight inspection and /if any import duty to the Us. Not exactly the cheap euro DDs flooding the us market.
Sorry, I missed the thrust of your question. The answer is no reflectors, just the 3 lights, as far as I recall.
Red plexi around rear light are not reflectors, it is red plastic and behind it are aluminium plate that imitates refector. Car would be dangerous to drive, if it all would be refector, you could not see braking light in dark. And no (as far as I know) there is no plexi behind US "ornaments"
Thanks for all info,i was just curious reg the tailight change comment on the black Belgian QV, my car is a 87 US QV wich i converted to euro look, my taillights looks just like the ones on the Belgian car, i bought the aluminum Reflrctor plates as a Lamborghini part nmber from A dealer in Orlando, the red plexi who covers the aluminum and surounds the tailight,i had my plexi guy cnc cut from a translusent 6 mm sheet, being that this part acc to the dealer has no official Lamborghini part nmbr. The only difference i can see on the Belgian car is the tiny rectangular stick on reflector below the centre light(of the 3)is missing,i am assuming the red surroundings the lights are the alu/red plexi ,not just painted red.
The reflector, or cat eyes as they are called in europe, is only the small piece located below the brake light.
Anybody know if the stickers/signs under the engine lid on the us qv is avail as a part? Mine are starting to curl up in the corners, would be nice to have them replaced, thanks
The AGIP oil sticker is reproduced by Glen at ILR. Lamborghini AGIP Oils Decal I'm still trying to find the "tune-up" sticker for a 1986. I keep seeing them on eBay for the 25th cars: Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary Tune Up Data Sticker 1990 Model | eBay Mike
The (2) stickers I am still trying to locate are below. The Tune-up sticker is specific to the model year (circled in red). This photo is from my friend's "1988" model. I need one that shows "1986". The other sticker I believe was used on all the 5000QV's Mike Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks identical to mine(produced 87 88mod year) My co sticker is red on silver, yours look black on silver. I am on it .
#GLA12951 is displayed at Antwerp Classic exhibition. According to my opinion, the paint is not very nice, too many bubbles & reaction in primer coat. At that asking price for a QV, paint must be perfect. On the other side, the interior is immaculate & wheels like new ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
There is also a 2nd QV, but no indication & no information available. The 2 seats are retrimmed in mat black while the whole interior is white ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's #GLA12910, I know the car, the entire history and the current owner. After the car left switzerland in 2004 the german owner had the seats changed, then told the current owner (2011) that this was from the factory...
Also a former swiss car, sold to the president of the danish Club. The window handle on the passenger side is from a modern Fiat instead of the original from the Fiat Argenta covered with leather.
