Dino is an Enzo era car.... Don't get me wrong I love the CS (owned one for a while). I just think that when they get into Scuderia/16M territory its temporary. The Scud/16M is just a better car all the way around.
That is actually what I am looking at now. CSs have always been my favorite but the Scud is just a better car by a long shot. Jr
Hey Stradale gents (and freshmeat). Look what I just unloaded with my garage partner for some summer track duty. NGT #4 Ohhh 2015 is looking good. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
OMG !!! NGT is what every CS aspires to be and CS is what every 360 aspires to be! You've got the top dawg now!!!
hot dayum son!!! yep, that's the CS that was wrecked back in December: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/texas-sponsored-exotic-cars-houston/470910-360cs-wreck-360-a.html
really? we're going to go there? again? FYI: the Specialé is unequivocally the worst sounding of the 3 generations of V8. All owners have stated so. take a listen of this bad sounding "scud": http://scontent.cdninstagram.com/hphotos-xaf1/t50.2886-16/11066385_1551188955140681_1851441259_n.mp4 That's what F1 used to sound like... A CS w full tubi can't even come close. How do I know? Because I owned one. There is absolutely nothing on the road, modded or not, of any cylinder count that sounds like my "scud", and that is not an exaggeration. Ask anyone who has heard it.
We miscommunicated...I don't like the sound of the WORD "Scud". I knew the minute Ferrari announced the 430 Scuderia that it would eventually be commonly referred to as a "Scud." I agree with you that the Scuderia exhaust sounds great! But I'll happily take a Speciale even if the stock exhaust isn't optimal. It can easily be replaced with Novitec, IPE, Frequency Intelligence, etc. Speciale with Novitec exhaust: http://youtu.be/WL4UjbqMyw8 Speciale with IPE exhaust: http://youtu.be/rHe1FM6PW7E Speciale with Frequency Intelligence exhaust: http://youtu.be/T_9kx7vhWqY
I agree and you will never ever see me write it up as that. It is a "Scuderia" to me and that is all.
Sez the guy that owns a CS lol…. The CS is a beautiful car with some performance flaws (notably the slow shifting speeds). I love the car, I just believe that when it gets into 230K territory its reached its limit. Maybe not! But I don't think the Dino is a good example to hold beside it.
what is with scud owners constantly having to make it sound like the car is a better car than the CS or in fact anything else around? ..yes it is better in terms of performance in every single imaginable way compared to the CS...but that is just progression my friends..... furthermore, since they can't compare it to the performance of the Speciale, they pick on it sounding worse than the Scud...what's next? the scud has better looking wheels than the F22 Lightning?....its getting pathetic....
CS is much prettier than the Scud. Who cares about performance. Like my CS is 'slow'. Besides, the CS is on average worth more than the Scud now.....the market speaks.
They just hating haha... the "Scuderia market thread" has nowhere near the views/discussion as this one... I guess no one cares about the SCUD hahhaha (I know the CS market thread is older but still..) I agree with this as well. I'm waiting for scud prices to bounce like the Cs but well see..
Btw. You are on the "CS market" thread. Deal with what the "market" is telling you regarding the relative values.
Nobody cares about performance. Speed limit is 55. It's supply and demand. There aren't many CS's. If you want performance, buy a Corvette.
Again and again I just have to say it, stop talking, stop complaining, stop the conflict and just buy both the Stradale and Scuderia, simple fix to all your problems. That way you can't be biased. I own all 3: Stradale, Scuderia and Speciale and I love my Stradale more than all of them followed by the Scuderia. Only then you can say which one is better, until then hold your tongue
