I am on my second Ferrari. I will be in northern Italy this September and want to schedule a factory visit. What is the best procedure do schedule a visit?

I think you should contact your dealer and they will make the arrangements for you.

I asked my dealer for a factory visit arrangement. They say they can't arrange anything. Is this a singular case? Or are they just too lazy to deal with Maranello?

Probably not lazy, just cheap. Pathetic.

Do you own a Ferrari? (Your profile doesn't mention one). You have to be an owner to be eligible for a factory tour.

I heard about that. That's why I once bought one ;-) Yes, I got it from that dealer and yes, I still have it.

As everyone said, contact your dealer, email them your registration and they will take care of the rest. make sure your dates are not weekends or holidays. Make sure you give them options. get your invitation first and then plan around it. You can also take two guests (16+) with you.
My dealer did the paper work in two days. I will be there myself in June. Good luck
