    I am planning a trip to silverstone in July and was hoping someone that has been to silverstone could tell me about it and the best place to sit.

    I wish I could remember the details that a person who lives near the track talked about year's ago. I do remember though that they mentioned the horrific traffic involved unless you camped out for all three days and found a spot close to the crappers and within reasonable walking distance of food vendors (if you come un-prepaired).

    Best advice was one should plan a year ahead, good luck.
