Well back in 2014 a thinly veiled fraud by the name of Max Vito was posting on this very thread. He made all of the usual accusations against Joe and KK et al. Apparently Max wasn't Chris Gardner, he was a client but of course he had all of this knowledge that he just happened to have been told by someone involved in the case, as we say in NZ, yeah right!

The key point is that every time that anyone said anything he (Chris?) disagreed with he called them a dinky car collector. Now Mbzgurl decides to call me a dinky car collector because she disagrees with my posts asking who she is ....... Interesting coincidence or are they all the same person?

I cannot understand why you keep asking me. Is it a way to mule Gardner with your posts? Only one person has pretended to be Gardner and that is Joe Ford, but, he got caught pretending. He is obsessed with Gardner. It all went sideways and since then he’s facing fraud charges on two continents.

You have never asked one single question of anything Joseph L. Ford III has posted. 90% of the people following this thread have questioned him, but, not you! As a woman, my direct perception of truth, fact, etc. exceeds any reasoning process that you obviously can't understand. I am a nobody and have no idea who mbzgurl is IRL, but I am generally a good judge of these things and I doubt she is anything but who she has said she is or that her motives differ from what she claims.

I also surmise that Joe would much rather she were not here derailing his message time and time again, but now it would appear there is no message from Joe to derail. Funny how his microphone went dead...

Perhaps Kim needs to expand on the full extent judge's disclosure ruling if he has the details - sounded like it was court documents, evidence and the like based on what I read.

Certainly the "other site" was engaged in the same behavior, and there are even documents and coverage of the legal action on Swaters' website so it wouldn't (or shouldn't) have only applied to OJ.

As I understand it extends to all parties but at this point it seems that he's the only party posting (under his own name at least).
While the order may be limited to court documents I'd err on the side of caution and not post anything.

 

A forum member posted information that some might have considered relevant to weighing credibility issues of mbzgurl and someone else that has posted on this topic but apparently someone decided to remove it very, very quickly.

 

Might have been censored by the Moderators - sharing personal information on this site is generally frowned upon.

Can you or someone else who might have email notifications turned on say which way the pendulum swung from this info?

And I think that fact that Joe Ford is Joe Ford, (even if being Joe Ford is some kind of Daliesque, or perhaps more like a Jim Thompson concoction) at least allows everyone here to know who he is and what dog he has in the fight. With MBZgurl and all the other monikers people here are using, it's interested parties pitching zingers without us knowing why they are bothering. Why do you in particular care what Joe Ford does other then the fact that this is a joyous, crazy, 21st century legal imbroglio that replaces the cartoons that used to be in the newspapers we used to read.
