please do highlight this pertinent issue in regards to the belt's life...thanks.......however most importantly get your issue itemised for such a high parts pricing explonanza......
This is the man most qualified to speak on this issue. Very experienced mechanic. Be confident; good luck in getting to the bottom of it; keep us posted!
OP I read through all your 35 posts to date and it reads like a horror novel, a mystery..bit of suspense, it is not hard to believe that you got to this point with all the action you generate. If I may, it looks like shooting from the hip isn't working out for you. I see that you are really good at using F-Chat to report on the woes that befall upon you but I want to suggest that "prior" to action F-chat can also be a useful tool. I am a bit confused, has the mechanic had your car since your first troubles back in 2013?
We were having a little fun. No one was serious about them lasting forever; least of all Rifledriver, a long time mechanic. Curt, you made me laugh.
I had presumed with that outfit she was "a young Irish lass working in a pub outside of which a dapper gentleman's Ferrari had broken down and in search of parts one thing led to another.. " *hehehe*
To the OP ask him for a itimized bill breaking down parts and labor then take it to the dealer and tell them to check it out if there is a big difference do a cost benifit analysis from there go talk to an attorney.
