    Particularly relevant on FChat because of his design for the Louwman Museum...anyone been there? Rijk?

    Wow, this is a bit sad... even though I was never a fan of post-modernism for the leader to pass so unnoticed is amazing.

    His passing wasn't unnoticed in the design world needless to say.

    Can certainly agree on the PO-MO point though despite going through his undergrad alma mater.

    I actually think his product design was better than any of the buildings he ever did.

    He had quite a career even after losing the use of his legs. Once that happened his attentions shifted to accessibility and moving design progress along in that vein. He also instilled in his staff an increased sensitivity to those needs...
